Sixteen pairs entered this year’s competition, held at the JPC terrains at Les Quennevais.
After four timed games, the top eight teams went into the main draw whilst the remainder played in a “plate’ competition.
In the semi-finals of the “plate”, Christine Eccles & Bradley Andrews-Callec and Bridie & David Hunter proved too strong for their opposition and went through to the final where Christine & Bradley beat Bridie & David 13-3.
In the main competition, the semi-finals saw Mo de Gruchy & Keith White beat Joy & Derek Hart 11-9 whilst Trevor & Katrina Holden beat Jennie Andrews & Alan Lahiffe 13-5.
Jennie & Alan won bronze by beating Joy & Derek 13-10 and the trophy was taken by Mo & Keith 13-1 over Katrina & Trevor.
