Familiar names on both trophies –
In the Men’s & Women’s Doubles competition, which took place at the Weighbridge on Saturday 25th June, Christine Eccles and Wendy Ritzema retained the title won in 2021. In the Men’s event, Geoffroy Buffetrille & Matt Pinel, who between them have appeared on the trophy six times before, took top spot. In the Women’s competition, five teams took part with Cassie & Jean Stewart second and Dawn Buckley & Kat Stewart third. Eight teams entered the Men’s event with Andy Bellamy-Burt & Callum Stewart coming second and Toby Northern & Laurent Pellaton third.
